Privacy

The question we get most is what the AI actually gets to see. Here is the answer, without the fluff.

Short version

  • You do not upload work data to get started.
  • Your work data stays in the tools you use today.
  • We never ask for passwords or sign-in details for email, banking or health services.
  • You choose the level, strict, balanced or open, and it is written into your profile.

A: What Mynder Agents stores

  • Configuration and profile: role, chosen assistant, privacy level, selected work areas.
  • Your ways of working and experiment cards.
  • Your email and name if you ask for follow-up during the pilot.
  • Anonymous usage statistics about which pages and buttons are used.

B: What stays with you

  • Email, files, calendar, customer data and internal documents.
  • Anything you paste into your own AI assistant. That happens in your account, not ours.
  • Sign-in details and passwords. We hold none.

What we do not do

  • We do not sell data on.
  • We do not connect to your inbox, files or calendar in this version.
  • We do not put sensitive personal data into examples or templates.

Recommended boundaries in your profile

The operating rules include ready-made boundaries you can keep or tighten: no national ID numbers, no health data, no passwords, no pasting other people's personal data without reason, and always your approval before anything goes to a third party.

Your rights

You can ask for access to, correction of or deletion of what we store about you. We reply within 5 working days during the pilot.

Pilot phase draft. The text is written to be clear, but has not been through legal review yet. A final version is published before general launch.
