Terms of use

1. What you get

A control room for the AI you already use: a prioritised overview of work your agents can take over, an operating profile, and ways of working you use in your own assistant (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini or Copilot). You do not get an AI model, an integration or an ongoing operations service.

2. No payment during the pilot

We do not charge now. A pilot price is set after the first tests, and you see it before anything is due.

3. You need your own AI subscription

The ways of working perform best with a paid version of one of the major assistants. That cost is billed by your provider, not by us.

4. Your responsibility

• You approve everything that goes out. The assistant drafts, you decide.
• You decide which information you put into your assistant.
• You follow the terms and AI rules that apply where you work.

5. Limits on the content

The ways of working are built for recurring work: planning, preparation, research, writing, reporting and follow-up. They must not be used for medical diagnosis, legal advice or investment decisions, and they replace no licensed professional. We give no guarantees about time saved, revenue or specific results. Estimates are hypotheses until measured with you.

6. No integrations

In this version Mynder Agents has no access to email, files, calendar or other systems. Integrations are considered only when a measured workflow genuinely needs them, and then under a separate agreement.

7. Changes

The pilot changes often. We may adjust content, scope and future pricing. You are told about changes that affect you.
